New Domino's Pizza: Slightly less crappy then before.

After admitting that they have faults and generally shitty pizza, Domino's has revamped their image and released their new pizza recipe.
The NY Daily News reported that the amount of curious customers led to quarterly profits doubling to $23.6 million.

I'm almost ashamed to be one of these customers. It's not that I don't want Domino's to do well, it's just that people are trying their pizza based on curious interest alone, not on their need for delicious pizza.

Maybe I've just been spoiled by New York Pizza and my theory that no New Yorker should ever order pizza from Domino's, ever. We have the best pizza in the entire country, or world, depending on your preference, so why settle for a crappy chain pie like Domino's?

What I will give them, is that they have changed for the better. While they can't compare with many local pizzeria's, they have significantly improved the quality of taste in their dough, sauce, and cheese.

Well done I guess Domino's, I didn't know you had it in ya!

This is a riot and a timely choice for the blog. I also like the gingoist New Yorker thing you have going here.
One suggestion. Tell us in your voice exactly what's better. Does the pizza no longer taste like a cardboard box and now tastes like a plastic container?
I also think that the cupcake post works sandwiched between two longer posts. It makes the blog fun. Everything doesn't have to be long and completely developed. Sometimes the hit-and-run approach works in a blog.
Good going.

Hey girl! This is hysterical! haha I love Dominos and I have to agree, I was really excited when I saw the commercials for the new sauce lol and to answer your question before, I actually have just gotten into Modern Family, my mom told me about it so I figured I'd give it a shot and I literally pee my pants laughing every episode lol

Dominos is a love-hate kind of relationship. It can be good if you get the right pizza, but as my Dad loves to say, it reminds him of "Chuck e Cheese pizza". Dominos pizza is way overpriced and cannot beat a small pizzeria in New York ever. The title is great and instantly made me want to read it!
